Why I Love the Megahertz Network

I am a huge fan of the Megahertz Network, which offers international television programs. I can get it on a local public television station’s digital channel (WYCC channel 20.3, all you Chicagoans). Other public television stations and Dish Network offer it, and you can find it on your Roku box. Some of the programming is offered on the website, too.

If you are interested in the world, it’s a great and free resource. It runs English-language news programs from all over the world, so you can find out what’s happening in India, South Africa, or Germany. Or, you can simply get a different perspective on the news that happens here!

Megahertz also shows foreign television shows with English subtitles and such sports oddities as Australian Rules Football games and Gaelic Athletic Association hurling matches.

If you are an investor, a traveler, or just curious, I highly recommend Megahertz. Did I mention that it’s free? It’s free!
