Every city in the world has a McDonald’s, a Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, and an Irish pub.
And, after a wonderful lunch at Cacaja, high atop a shopping mall in Chengdu, I can verify that my theory about cities continues to prove true. The only exception that I know of is Reykjavik, where McDonald’s left after the currency collapse.
