Day Trading for Dummies giveaway! Enter by July 20

I’m working on the third edition of Day Trading For Dummies, and I need help with two things. First, I need ideas for the new book! Second, I have a few copies of the second edition sitting here.

Here’s how you can help: leave a comment on this post talking about what you would like to see in the third edition. Do this by 11:59 pm central time on Sunday, July 20. Then, I will print out the list of comments, cut them into strips, draw one at random, and send the book your way. (You have to have a U.S. mailing address, by the way.)

So – what should be included in the third edition?

Thanks for your help!

  1. Hi Ann –

I know I’m too late to get in on the 3rd Ed giveaway, but wanted to input anyway. I’m about 1/3 into your 2nd Ed, learning a lot. Especially want to learn about using online brokerage companies for trading. Scanned the TOC for more on this and nothing jumped out at me. So, that’s my suggestion: more about using one o’ them online companies. I’m certainly open to the possibility that I completely missed something.

Thanks for the teaser on Emerging Markets. I’m just getting into investing and a little trading (enjoying TSLA quite a bit 😉 and was excited to read about the possibilities of investing in overseas markets.

    Cheers,
    Dave
